Terms of Service

By accessing or using TimeDarshi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TimeDarshi LLC.

TimeDarshi is a Vedic astrology platform that provides automated personalised reports, AI-assisted explanations, personalised calendar insights, and other astrology-related services.

Our service uses deterministic astronomical calculations combined with classical Vedic astrology principles and AI language models to generate personalised insights based on your birth details.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service for maintenance, upgrades, security, or operational reasons.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete birth details (date, time, and place of birth), as these directly affect the accuracy of your readings

- Maintain the security of your account credentials

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

Account authentication is managed via Clerk. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

TimeDarshi offers two types of paid products:

- One-time report purchases: premium astrology reports generated based on your birth chart

- Subscription plans: recurring access to the Cosmic Calendar and related features

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase in your local currency where available. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, existing subscriptions will be honoured at their original rate until the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide.

For subscriptions, you authorise recurring charges at the agreed interval (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected billing interval unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features until that date.

Reports and Cosmic Calendar subscriptions are delivered instantly and require computing resources to generate personalised insights.

Because of this, we generally cannot offer refunds once a report has been generated or a subscription has been activated.

If something failed to generate correctly due to an issue on our side, contact us at support@timedarshi.com and we will gladly regenerate it at no additional charge.

All content, reports, branding, design, code, and underlying technology of TimeDarshi are the property of TimeDarshi LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from TimeDarshi without our written permission.

Readings and reports are generated using AI language models (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) combined with deterministic Vedic astrology calculations from classical texts.

All content is provided for self-reflection and personal insight only. TimeDarshi is not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or educational advice.

TimeDarshi does not guarantee the accuracy of astrological predictions or AI-generated interpretations. Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.

You agree not to:

- Use the service for any unlawful purpose

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, other accounts, or our systems

- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the platform

- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform or its underlying technology

- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- TimeDarshi LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on astrological readings or AI-generated content

- The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied

- In no event shall TimeDarshi LLC's total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

- TimeDarshi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TimeDarshi shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.

TimeDarshi is operated from the United States by TimeDarshi LLC, a Wyoming-registered company. The service is available globally.

By using TimeDarshi from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your data to and processing in the USA, and you acknowledge that your data will be subject to US data protection laws.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of TimeDarshi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
