TimeDarshi is operated by TimeDarshi LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered in the United States. TimeDarshi provides automated personalised Vedic astrology reports, AI-assisted explanations, personalised calendar guidance, and other astrology-related services.

- Account information: name and email address (managed via Clerk authentication)

- Birth details: including date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and other information you choose to provide for generating personalised services

- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card numbers, bank account details, or other financial credentials on our servers

- Device and browser information: device type, operating system, browser version, and screen resolution

- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns (collected via PostHog analytics, subject to your cookie preferences)

We use the information we collect to:

- Generate automated personalised Vedic astrology reports, AI-assisted explanations, and personalised calendar guidance based on your birth chart

- Process payments for reports and subscription plans

- Google Gemini & Anthropic Claude — AI-powered reading generation. Birth chart information and related inputs required to generate personalised reports may be securely processed by our AI service providers. We share only the information reasonably necessary to generate the requested service.

- Resend — transactional and notification emails

- PostHog — product analytics (can be opted out via the cookie consent banner)

Your personal information is stored using secure cloud infrastructure protected by industry-standard security measures:
